Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T and L/C payment terms, other payment methods can be negotiated according to order amount and cooperation background. T/T is the most widely used payment method for our overseas customers. Usually we require 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance paid before shipment. After receiving deposit, we arrange raw material purchasing and start production. Before shipment, we will send finished product photos, inspection report and packing photos to you, once we receive balance payment, we arrange loading and send original shipping documents. Irrevocable sight L/C is acceptable for large bulk orders, especially for customers from countries with strict foreign exchange control. Our bank can receive L/C opened by reputable international banks. We will check L/C clauses carefully before acceptance, to avoid unreasonable clauses which will cause difficulty in document presentation. For long-term cooperative customers with good credit record, we can discuss more flexible payment terms. All payment terms will be clearly written in formal sales contract to avoid misunderstanding. We will provide official invoice and bank receipt after receiving payment. Please make payment to our company official bank account only, we never accept private personal account transfer for bulk export orders.
